From growing up in an Arkansas oil-boom town, to developing advanced semiconductor devices for some of the world’s both largest and smallest companies, Kevin has strived for and has always demonstrated excellence both in how he works and in the products he delivers.

From a decade at General Electric, to founding and growing the successful startup of Monolith Semiconductor (acquired by Littelfuse), through helping onsemi scale SiC revenue by 4x (to 800M USD/annual), Kevin has developed, commercialized and scaled the core Silicon Carbide power semiconductor technologies that now drive 2B USD in global annual revenue.

In this new chapter of his career, he is focused on providing SiC power devices and packaging technologies that meet emerging needs for high-reliability and high-performance power electronics applications.
